Recipe: Gluten-Free Meatloaf

Simple, tasty recipe for Gluten-Free Meatloaf. There is about 15 minutes of prep work and then the loaf gets baked for 60 mins.
This easy to make meatloaf recipe tastes great and is loaded with protein.
Ingredients:
1.5lb ground grass-fed beef. I prefer 80/20 or 85/15, any leaner and the loaf can be too dry
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1 egg
1/3 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Step 1: In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs and spices. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place on a greased baking sheet.

Step 2: In a separate bowl mix together the ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Coat the top of the meat loaf with this.

Step 3: Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Step 4: Allow to cool and serve.
